Day 1 (November 22): Arrival at the spa and check-in
Day 2 (November 23): Training day (10:00 AM - 4:00 PM)On the agenda: conference (10:00 AM), lunch (12:00 PM), workshop (1:00 PM), and free time at the end of the day (2:00 PM).
Day 3 (November 24): Salon Experience Head Spa (10:00 AM to 11:30 AM), Incolor Discovery (11:00 AM to 12:00 PM), then departure at 12:00 PM.
LThe science of scalp health, including the microbiome, residue buildup, circulation, and follicle health, as well as common scalp issues and appropriate treatment solutions. Participants will also learn about the ingredients and technology behind L’ANZA hair care, consultation and recommendation strategies, and how to structure and price scalping services. The training also includes a step-by-step demonstration of the scalp ritual, exploration of tools, techniques, and massage methods, including gua sha, as well as the essentials for creating a premium client experience. Finally, participants will be informed about what they need to bring to fully benefit from the training.
