Refund policy

Once your order is placed, you have until it is processed to cancel it. We invite you to contact our distributor at commandes@novyco.com, including your order number, to inform them of the cancellation. You will not be charged until your order has been processed.

Once delivered, the only returns we accept are for order errors from our distribution center or manufacturing defects. In this case, please write to us at commandes@novyco.com, and we will be happy to rectify our mistake or exchange your defective product for another one.

Furniture and Plumbing

When purchasing furniture and plumbing items, Novyco requires a 30% deposit of the total order amount, including taxes. The remaining balance must be paid before delivery.

If you need to cancel an order, you may do so before it has been processed or is ready for delivery. Otherwise, a 20% restocking fee will be charged.

If you receive an item that is defective or not in satisfactory condition, you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery or pickup of your order. A claim will be filed with the manufacturer. After evaluation, the manufacturer will determine whether the item is eligible for repair or replacement and will approve or deny the claim. Novyco will respect and apply the manufacturer’s decision in this matter.

For returns or exchanges, the item must be returned in its original packaging (unless defective) and must not be used or altered. Furniture and plumbing items from Lanvain that are returned for repair or exchange must be returned directly to Lanvain at 3300 rue Sartelon, St-Laurent, QC, H4R 1E3.

All delivery-related costs, including return shipping, for furniture and plumbing items are the responsibility of the customer.

No refunds. Credit notes may be issued upon approval only.

Warranty Duration by Component:

  • 4 years: Hydraulic pumps

  • 2 years: Leatherette coverings, stitching, manual mechanisms, accessories, and plumbing parts

  • 12 months: All electronic devices, styling stations, and reception counters

Warranty Conditions:

This warranty covers repair or replacement of any product with a manufacturing or material defect, provided the defect is not due to normal wear and tear or the natural characteristics of the materials. The warranty is non-transferable and does not apply to items that have been modified in any way by the user.
