Framesi Decolor B Diamond is an ultra-refined powder lightener with a texture similar to powdered sugar. Once mixed, the bleaching agent takes on the consistency of a creamy, whipped icing. Diamond lifts much faster than any other powder lightener. Diamond allows for lighter results in a minimum amount of time. It safely lightens hair to remove even the most stubborn cosmetic colours.
