Participants will also learn about the ingredients and technology behind L’ANZA hair care, consultation and recommendation strategies, and how to structure and price scalping services. The training also includes a step-by-step demonstration of the scalp ritual, exploration of tools, techniques, and massage methods, including gua sha, as well as the essentials for creating a premium client experience. Finally, participants will be informed about what they need to bring to fully benefit from the training.
